Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using www.resxiv.com
(the “Site”) or any services provided by ResXiv, you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or services.
Definitions
“Services”: The Site, features, tools, content, and functionalities provided by ResXiv.
“User Content”: Any content (text, files, data, feedback) that users upload, submit, or share via the Site.
“ResXiv Content”: All content owned, licensed, or controlled by ResXiv — code, design, graphics, trademarks, etc.
Use of the Site / User Conduct
You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload, post, transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or servers
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
ResXiv may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Accounts (if applicable in future)
If registration or accounts become available:
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
User Content / License to ResXiv
By uploading or submitting User Content:
You grant ResXiv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, transmit, modify, or organize such content, for purposes of operating the Service
You represent you have the rights to submit that content and are not infringing others’ rights
ResXiv is not responsible for User Content; you are responsible for your content
Intellectual Property
All ResXiv Content is owned by or licensed to ResXiv. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit ResXiv Content (except as expressly permitted).
Disclaimers / No Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. ResXiv does not guarantee that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResXiv (and its affiliates, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
In any case, ResXiv’s total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you, if any, have paid ResXiv (if applicable) in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResXiv and its officers, employees, agents from any claims, damages, liabilities arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or any third‐party rights.
Termination
ResXiv may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease, but clauses that by their nature should survive (e.g. indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property) will continue.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Severability / Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the rest will remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
